FilmyChill score Too early — no audience ratings yet, no critics' verdict yet. How scoring works
Haiku left our list before the numbers on this Tamil film settled — too few votes for a firm verdict. It clocks in at a standard 143 minutes. It opened in theatres in Singapore on 23 Oct 2026 — check back here for its streaming arrival.
2h 23m of Tamil romance with comedy threaded through. A little over the usual, so start it earlier than you think.
Haiku is a heartfelt romantic drama about second chances and healing. Mano, once an immature and possessive college boy, loses his first love Kodi, a bold and caring girl from a traditional Coimbatore family, after his insecurities and long-distance struggles ruin their relationship. Years later, Mano, now more mature, meets Nivi, an independent, lower-middle-class girl raised by a single mother, who is recovering from a toxic relationship with Arul. Mano helps Nivi rediscover what true love means, while Nivi gives Mano a chance to love without control and without fear.
