Puli (2015)
Audiences are lukewarm on it.
The FilmyChill Score combines audience ratings and critics' reception, and updates twice a day. No studio or platform can pay for a score. How the score works
Puli is streaming in Singapore on Sun Nxt.
What the audience says
Puli struggles to land, and the ratings reflect a film that misfires more than it works. It holds a 4.2/10 on TMDB from 50 ratings, short of where most viewers set the bar.
Should you spend 2h 35m on it?
2h 35m of Tamil fantasy with an action streak. Long enough that it wants your full attention rather than a second screen.
Don't watch this if…
- you take the score at face value — 50 votes is a thin sample
- you want something you can finish quickly — it runs 2h 35m
- Why
- 4.2/10 across 50 ratings — audiences haven't taken to it, so go in curious rather than expectant.
- Skip if
- you'd rather not do the world-building work
- Best for
- An evening with no interruptions
