The few people who have rated Thambi mostly like this Tamil film. It carries a 6.5/10 on TMDB across 34 ratings — a small sample, so treat it with caution. At 150 minutes, it asks for a real chunk of your night. In India you can stream it on Netflix, ManoramaMax.
Should you spend 2h 30m on it?
2h 30m of Tamil thriller with an action streak, not one for younger kids. Only 34 people have rated it, so treat that 6.5 as an early signal rather than a verdict.

- you want a number you can lean on. 34 ratings isn't much to go on

- A night you can give it your full attention
