Thuppakki holds up as a perfectly decent Tamil film, if not a remarkable one. It holds a 7.3/10 on TMDB from 128 ratings, well above what most films manage.
Should you spend 2h 50m on it?
2h 50m of Tamil action with thriller threaded through, fine for the whole family. At this length it's the whole evening's plan, not something to slot in after dinner.
